Michel has extensive experience in information technology and particularly in management and business development for companies such as: The Bank of Montreal, the Montreal Transport Society (STM), the Montreal Exchange, Microcell Telecom, PIREL and CGI. A seasoned manager, Michel has been involved in many major projects in diverse business sectors throughout his career. He knows and understands the issues and challenges that clients are faced with in information technology. Robert has 25+ years in business development and account management in IT, Telecommunications and Equipment Financing. Following the acquisition of his company by Nexio, Robert holds the position of Vice-President, Business Solutions. Before joining Nexio, Robert was President and Founder of Aequabilis Enterprises Inc. – an authorized Engagement Services provider for Hitachi Data Systems, IBM Global Services and Brocade Communications Systems. He also worked in Business Development Management at GE Capital, Bombardier Capital and fONOROLA. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. He brings to Nexio expertise in Data Mobility, Migration, Replication, Virtualization, Connectivity and Recovery services.

Coming from the field of business engineering, Richard has over 25 years in information technology including a dozen years in infrastructure and negotiating major contracts in outsourcing services. Accomplished with several international experiences, Richard has made his mark in various economic sectors and has to his credit many achievements tangible and profitable for all business partners associated with the projects he has initiate expertly.
His analysis capability, coupled with business acumen adds more value to companies seeking to recoup their operations. Seizing quickly the issues and challenges, he gets deeply involved in finding solutions adapted to each context. Clients appreciate his practicality, active listening and versatility. Gerald has over 30 years of experience in information technology, from which the last 15 he worked in business development along with prospecting new clients, developing proposals and formal presentations. He masters all areas of the manufacturing sector having worked as a leader in this segment at CGI. He quickly grasped the business issues and challenges related to information technology which allows him to spontaneously establish credibility with clients and peers. As a team player, he sees change as a stimulating challenge. A unique blend of practical experience, operational management, personnel and customer management combined with exceptional skills as a communicator and leader in addition to his achievements in business development are, for all company in IT services, an asset of choice. Gerald holds a BA in Computer Management from the University of Quebec at Montreal.

ÉRIC GOUIN Director, Business Development

After graduating in Commerce at Concordia University in 1979, M. Gouin worked for more then 25 years for IBM. During that time he held numerous roles as Branch Manager and Sales Director. His field of expertise gave him the responsibility of growing a wide spectrum of business silos, such as: the brokerage and finance , major outsourcing bids in the government and banking industry, ERP partnership in the SMB community and major consultation projects in Canada. He then worked at Embanet Inc. ( an online education corporation) as Vice President Business Development, where M. Gouin developed business strategy for Canada, USA and the Caribbean market. These services were offered to the University, medical and commercial corporations. In 2008, Mr. Gouin joins Pulse Software as Vice President Sales and Marketing for the development of U.S. and European markets. With Nexio since late 2009, he continued his work among other penetration of U.S. markets and business development.
