MARTIAL RIVARD President and Chief Executive Officer
|
Martial is a visionary leader with over 26 years of progressive experience in information technology. Under his leadership, Nexio has evolved as an established market leader in delivering advanced IT solutions, driving greater performance and efficiency in full compliance with best practices. In close collaboration with his team of experts, Martial has grown the company by integrating innovative approaches, making strategic acquisitions and establishing partnerships with key technology leaders.
Prior to launching Nexio, Martial has held several key positions as director of information technologies, director of telecommunications, architecture director and project manager within large technology and business enterprises from various industries and sectors. Martial holds an MBA from HEC Montreal and a B.S. in Commerce from McGill University.

YVES LARIVIÈRE Vice-President Strategic Projects and Major Account
|
Yves Larivière is responsible for the development of large strategic projects and the supervision of major accounts. In close collaboration with the CEO, he identifies important projects that are in line with Nexio’s strategic orientations, supervises their realisation and ensures their successful unfolding. He is also responsible for building and mobilizing the teams of seniors in order to provide the highest standards of service quality, thus increasing recurrence and business volume from major clients.
Yves Larivière has worked in IT since the beginning of the 80’s. Before joining Nexio, he spent 26 years as Vice-President, Global Outsourcing, for a very large international IT service firm. Yves holds a degree in Mathematics – Information Technology from the University of Sherbrooke.

SYLVIE GIGUÈRE Senior Vice-Presidente, Corporate Development
|
Sylvie Giguère joins Nexio’s team as Senior Vice-Presidente, corporate development to contribute to the company growth. Bilingual, she has evolved in TIC (Telecommunications and Information Technology) over the last 25 years for Bell, Cisco, SAP, LGS, SHL and IBM. She has recently been recognized by Entreprendre magazine among the 100 women leader of the future, action-oriented, service and profitability.
The addition of Ms Giguère to Nexio’s team is a part of the company tradition to innovate in view continue to support its customers with their business. She has the ability to demonstrate and to develop a vision, initiate and manage change required in a continuous improvement process to stay a leader in a competitive market. Enthusiastic collaborator, she works to build teams. The respective talents of its members is put to contribute to the collective success.

GÉRARD CHAGNON Senior Vice-President, Consulting and Technologies

Gerard Chagnon is responsible for all activities of the Consulting and Technologies division which manages Nexio’s end-to-end projects and also supervises strategic partnerships. An accomplished practitioner in the field of outsourcing and infrastructure management, he has, since 1980, held several key positions, mastering the challenges of continuous improvement and high-quality IT services. He is recognized as a leader with excellent communication skills and advocating a participative management style, focusing on teamwork and customer needs. Gérard holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also a graduate of HEC Montreal.

DENIS FORTIN
Vice-President and General Manager Quebec City area
|
Denis Fortin is Vice-President and General Manager at Nexio’s Quebec City office where he globally manages the team’s daily activities and contributes to the deployment of business development strategies. Highly regarded in the Québec City market, Mr Fortin has over 22 years of experience in information technology. Ten years ago, he was part of the team that established the Quebec office where he has since held several key positions.
Denis has a solid track record as systems’ architect, having worked at Fusepoint/Versus, Nurun, EDS and Donohue, among others. His training and experience in information technology ensure the quality and continuity of Nexio’s services in the Quebec City area and the company’s global development.

DANIEL MORIN Vice-President Business Development

Outstanding motivator, Daniel Morin is a visionary manager focused on human values. During his career, he served as business manager, project manager and entrepreneur, principally in the field of information technology. He also founded and managed several businesses that have experienced remarkable success, particularly in terms of consulting services.
He holds a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration (BBA and MBA). He now joins the Nexio Technologies team as Vice President of Business Development.

GILMOND LAPOINTE Vice-President Development Center

Recognized for his audacity, his commitment and mobilization-based leadership, Gilmond Lapointe is a creative and result oriented high-level executive. He has acquired a vast experience in the IT industry, working for several organizations, particularly in the field of telecoms, electronic business, Web-solutions and infrastructures. An accomplished manager, he has spent many years directing teams of professionals and consultants of all scopes and from all fields.
Before joining Nexio, he has among others, managed for several years Bell Canada’s IT professional services team while presiding its Web development and solutions division. During his career, he also successfully managed and completed a number of business merger and acquisition projects. Gilmond is a graduate of École Polytechnique de Montréal in electrical engineering with a specialization in information technology and telecommunications.

PATRICK BERNARD Vice-President, Operations

Patrick has more than 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and consulting. Prior to his tenure with Nexio, he served as Coordinator for the Centre d'Informatique de Montreal and Director of Professional Services and Operations within a fast growing technology company. Patrick has forged strategic relationships with leading software/hardware providers Microsoft and Dell respectively. Patrick leads a highly qualified team, offering professional services dedicated to technology infrastructure management and best practices. Patrick holds a diploma in the Communication sector.

MARIO ROBERT Vice-President Corporate Development

Mario Robert is responsible for the planning and execution of corporate strategies to meet specific organizational growth objectives: producing business plan, developing new markets and products strategies, establishing relationships with strategic business partners, identifying and acquiring companies, securing financing, and increasing intellectual property assets portfolio. He participates in the Steering Committee, as well as the company's operations and product marketing strategies.

JEAN-YVES ST-ARNAUD
Vice-President, Corporate Development Quebec City area

Jean-Yves St-Arnaud has 35 years of experience in management and information technology. As Vice-President, Corporate Development for Nexio’s Quebec City office, Jean-Yves identifies and evaluates strategic business opportunities and partnerships that can contribute to Nexio’s sustained growth. He was part of the team that established the Quebec City office ten years ago.
Before joining Nexio, he held various senior executive positions with well-known companies, such as Fusepoint/Versus, Nurun, Cognicase, Donohue and DMR. A member of Réseau Action-TI, he holds an MBA (majoring in information systems) from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (majoring in management).
