Windows 7 Packaging Specialist

Position : Contractual (client)
Location : Montreal

Responsabilities

  • Assisting IC in planning the Design & Build activities of the project;
  • Building Windows 7 application packages using Microsoft Windows Installer technology (MSI);
  • Documenting package creation steps;
  • Importing packages in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
  • Counseling on packaging best practices and guidelines;


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft products;
  • Strong experience using the Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) tool;
  • 3-5 years of experience using Wise Package Studio;
  • Strong scripting experience using either VBS, BAT or PowerShell;
  • Candidates must be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • CED or Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
