Movable support to internal users for different tools and software, such as:
- BD notes
- Mobile
- screens
- Office tools
- networks
- connections
- Applications houses
- jobs
Profile
- Knowledge of Notes
- Knowledge of Citrix (Mandatory!)
- About 2 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office suite
- Resourceful, customer-oriented
- Mastery of problem solving
- Bilingual (English / French)
- AEC or DEC computer
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..
Remote support to internal users for different tools and software, such as:

  • Phones
  • Screens
  • Office tools
  • Networks
  • Connections
  • Internal Applications
  • Desktops
Profile :
