Senior Advisor - ITSM / ITIL Process

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in implementing and/or managing ITIL processes, particularly operational processes. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and best practices, and can perform in complex environments.


Competencies

  • Experience as a consultant in implementation and process improvement projects.
  • Must be able to demonstrate success in past interventions.
  • General experience in IT service management.
  • Asset : Experience in an outsourcing context.
  • Excellent communicator, ability to demonstrate a point of view and to inspire confidence.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.


Technical skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, IT or equivalent experience
  • Required : ITIL practitioner (v2 or v3) or Director/Master Certification
  • Required : Other PMP, CISA, Six Sigma
  • Bilingual English and French
